How to Apply for a SRS Account

Data providers (who has conducted clinical trials studies) use a Web-based data entry system called the Study Results System (SRS) to submit results information for registered studies. You must have a SRS account to register study information on ClinicalTrials.pk.

ClinicalTrials.pk establishes one SRS account for an organization (such as a company, university, or medical center). All investigators from that organization who are conducting studies are typically designated as users of this single SRS account. The organization should designate one or more SRS Administrators to manage the account and to create logins for additional users. If an administrator is not designated, ClinicalTrials.pk may assist in identifying appropriate individuals to act as SRS Administrators for an organization. All SRS accounts should have at least one administrator.

Who Should Apply for a SRS Account?

Before applying for a SRS account, you should ensure that you are the appropriate individual to submit clinical study information to ClinicalTrials.pk. To avoid duplicate registration, studies should be registered only by the Responsible Party.

If you are the person responsible for registering a study and submitting results, please find out whether your organization has an existing SRS account before applying for one. To apply for a SRS account, follow the instructions below.

Obtaining a SRS Account

Once you have determined that it is appropriate for you to register studies on ClinicalTrials.pk, follow these steps to obtain a PRS account:

  1. Check the current list of organizations with a SRS account to see whether your organization already has a SRS organization account. If so, email for SRS Administrator contact request.
  2. If your organization does not have a SRS account, you can identify an individual to serve as the SRS Administrator for your organization and that individual can apply for a SRS organization account on behalf of your organization.
  3. If your organization does not currently have anyone who is able to serve as SRS Administrator, you can apply for a SRS individual account, however, this option is not recommended for most organizations. After an individual account is created, an organization is still encouraged to identify appropriate individuals to act as SRS Administrators for the organization.

ClinicalTrials.pk will create a SRS account within 2 business days of receiving your application. Once the account has been created, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for logging in to SRS.
